Shipping & Returns

Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges

Can I track my order?

Do you accept returns?

Yes, returns should be initiated within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Only items purchased directly from Stoic may be returned, refunded or exchanged. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition it was received. It must also be in the original
packaging.

How do I return an item?

Your perfume must be in its original unused condition to be returned,
unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase.

  3. Please list the item(s) you are returning, and write “return for refund.”

When I return an item, do I get a full or Partial refund?

Yes, we issue a full refund, however, there are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted (if applicable):

  1. An obvious signs of use
  2. A sign that an item has been opened
  3. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  4. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
When can I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will
send you an email notifying you about our reception of your returned
item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your
refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit
will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of
payment, within a certain amount of days.

I have not yet received my refund, what do I do?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Can I exchange an already purchased fragrance?

Yes, but only if a purchased items are defective or damaged. For more information regarding your exchange contact us here

Orders

Below are some of are common questions about orders

After how long can I get my order?

We process orders in 1-2 business days. The time you it takes to receive an item depends on the shipping
method you select. An email will be sent to you once your item(s) depart on their journey to you.

Can I make changes to my order before it ships?

Unfortunately, we can't make changes or cancel an order after it's been submitteed.

An item may only be canceled if it is on pre-order. If you would like to
cancel a pre-ordered item, contact us here with
your order number and we'll handle that for you.

Why isn't my payment going through?

Please double check to ensure you're using the proper billing zip code
associated with the credit card. Additionally, in order to pay with a
credit card, your order must be above $0.50.

Will I be charged right away when I place an order?

Yes, your card will be charged right away. We don't store payment information for security purposes.

Can I get a fragrance now and pay later in installments?

Yes, you can pay in installments using Shop pay.

Select installments at checkout to split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments of $20.00 every 2 weeks.
